Three women are trapped in roles of their own making. Beautiful Lili, "Miss French-Speaking World", is becoming a media icon because of her voluptuous beauty. Sam, the mother of three girls, is pregnant again and lies to her husband about having a boy, when they are actually going to have twin girls.
